Gerber rice is a great product for baby. Amazon offers it at a great price and in bulk. Perfect to save extra trips to the store and free shipping! You can't go wrong here!

I unwisely purchased this 6-pack of 16-ounce boxes when I first introduced solids into my baby's diet. It turned out that rice cereal (typically recommended as the first solid food to start with) causes severe constipation in my daughter. So, after 2 weeks, I had to switch to oatmeal cereal (also, the Gerber brand), which was instantly a great hit with my baby!
So, I recommend that you first buy one box, if you are only just beginning to introduce solids, to see if rice cereal is the right first solid food for your baby.
I am sure it works just fine for many babies; and I have no complaints whatsoever with regards to how quickly the product arrived or the condition it arrived in (very nicely packaged).

Too expensive at Amazon!
Too buy equivalent amount, but in a different pack size. You can get the exact same produt at Walgreens, but for less than $30.00!
