This is not regular beef jerky. It is more like slightly moist steak bites with jalapeños and cheese all mixed together. I would recommend to anyone who likes that combo.

I thought these sounded like a nice snack to keep in the car, and with a current promotional discount it brought the price down to what seemed reasonable if it was good, so I thought I'd give them a try.
Well, the bag is large enough, but there are only a few pieces inside...maybe 10-12...and they appear to be made of chopped and pressed meat instead of actual "steak bites" as the label says. I ordered the Steak and Cheese flavor, but I didn't detect any cheese flavor in the ones I sampled. They are OK but not worth even the discounted price.
I'll eat the four bags that I ordered but I won't be reordering these -- too expensive!

This (Steak and Cheese variety) does not taste much like the label suggests. I would describe it more like a dried sausage. The texture is rubber like; maybe gummy. It does chew easily.
I wouldn't recommend it.
It was OK.
I will use it on back pack trips as a protein; but I prefer beef jerky.

These are not very good, and don't taste remotely like jerky. Leaves a weird aftertaste.
