I've tried several of the Nile Spice soups and this one, just like the other ones, is a hearty, filling and delicious soup.
It makes a great fast lunch and has a simple list of ingredients.
Highly recommended!

I LOVE these soups. My favorite is the red beans and rice and the black bean. I find that it's a little better if the soup stands for 10 minutes not 5 but still that's faster then a drive-thru! The red beans and rice has 10 grams of protein and only 1 gram of fat and 170 calories! The other soups are similar in the calories and protein. I am a vegetarian and I and happy to find a high protein, low calorie, great tasting, fast food that doesn't break the bank. It is fantastic to take to work as the hot water spout in the coffee maker works. I eat at least one cup everyday!

I love instant cup style soups for the convince they offer. I hate the salt, fat, and long list of artificial flavors. Nile Spice Soups offer a great alternative with all the convince.
This is a filling quick lunch or snack. It has only 170 calories and 1.5g of fat. While it is a bit high on the sodium (640mg) it is much lower than a popular brand of ramen soup (1170mg).
The taste is great and it is filling. It is a great source of fiber (12g or 47% of daily values) and is also high in protein (12g).
This is a great tasty quick lunch that also packs in great nutritional values.

Ibl had been looking for Nile brand black bean soup for ages and found this to be a great deal. I take them for lunch--they are light weight, high fiber, low cal, and quick to fix. Use auto-ship and save.

I love the Black Bean soup, it is so good. It looks a bit like mud when you mix it up but if you can get past that, the taste is great.
